Order & Payment Policy

To secure your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required once your order has been accepted via email. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of pickup.

Pickup Policy

All orders must be picked up during the designated pickup windows listed below:

Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday–Sunday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pickup times must be scheduled in advance. Please arrive within your agreed-upon pickup window to ensure a smooth handoff.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Because all treats are custom-made and prepared specifically for your event, orders cannot be canceled once the deposit has been received.

If you need to reschedule your order, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup date. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

 

 

 

Late Pickup Policy

Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window.

 

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 15 minutes, a late fee may apply.
• After 30 minutes order is forfeited without refund.

If you anticipate being late, please communicate as soon as possible.

 

 

 

 

Custom Order Policy

All products are custom-designed to match your selected theme, colors, and preferences.

 

• Inspiration photos are welcome; however, designs are not copied exactly.
• Final designs may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our treats.
• Flavor selections must be confirmed at the time of booking.
• Any changes to your order must be requested at least 72 hours before pickup and are subject to approval.

 

 

 

 

 

Edible Image Policy

Edible images are available for an additional $0.50 per cake pop or cakecicle.

Images must be submitted in high resolution. We are not responsible for low-quality images provided by the customer.

 

 

 

 

Refund Policy

Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once an order has been picked up.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with photos so we can review and resolve the concern appropriately.
